Parable is provided by ProdTrace, Inc.. These terms apply to your use of the app and its services. Contact support@prodtrace.com with questions.

Using Parable

You must be at least 13 to use Parable. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to your use. Keep your sign-in secure and use accurate account information.

Stories and learning material

Parable provides educational stories, interpretations and explanations inspired by books and their ideas. Scenes may use fictional characters, reconstructed events and generated illustrations or narration. They are not verbatim audiobooks, a substitute for the original works, or a claim of endorsement by their authors or publishers.

Content is for general learning and entertainment. It may contain errors and is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Content rights and permitted use

The app and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal right to use the app as intended. Do not redistribute story media, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful purposes. Book titles, author names and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact support with the relevant details.

Your requests and feedback

You remain responsible for messages and material you send us. Only send material you have the right to share. We may use your feedback and suggestions to operate and improve Parable; submitting a book request does not guarantee it will be added.

Accounts and availability

You can delete your account in Settings. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security problems or legal obligations. Features and available stories may change. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device and connection will work at all times.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. The app is also subject to Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement, where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will communicate material changes through the app or another appropriate channel. The date above identifies this version.
